Dr. Sneha Sharma sees children and adolescents for concerns such as anxiety, low mood, school refusal, exam stress, anger and behavioural problems, screen and gaming overuse, ADHD and developmental concerns. Young people often express distress through behaviour, physical complaints or changes at school rather than words.
Our approach
Assessment involves the child and parents, and sometimes information from school. Treatment is mainly therapy-led and family-centred, with medicines used only when clearly helpful. The Anvaya psychology team supports assessments, counselling and parent guidance.
